When Yara met Trish
Trish Simons founded Triple C Farm , the livestock sanctuary and petting farm southwest of Hamilton’s airport, to provide a “forever home” for her three sons, living with varying degrees of autism.
The first animal Trish rescued was a Clydesdale. The horse, named Athena, continues living a sweet life at the farm, two months shy of her 19th birthday.
