Prime Minister Narendra Modi Friday unveiled a 77-feet bronze statue of Lord Ram in Goa as part of the 550th-year celebrations of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math in Partagali, South Goa. Speaking at the event, PM Modi sais, “Here, a 77-foot-tall glass idol of Lord Ram was installed. Three days ago, I had the fortune of hoisting the Dharma Dhwaj atop the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.” He will also inaugurate the ‘Ramayana Theme Park’ developed by the institution, and release a special postal stamp and a commemorative coin, and address the gathering.
