Here is what we know about the rain warnings that have been issued by the Met Office:

Yellow rain alerts are in place for Saturday, November 29, and Monday, December 1. Heavy downpours are forecast for Wales, expected to start at around 6am on Saturday until 11.59pm, and from around midnight on Monday until 3pm.

The Met Office said the areas affected were Blaenau Gwent , Bridgend , Caerphilly , Cardiff , Carmarthenshire , Ceredigion , Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire , Neath Port Talbot , Newport , Pembrokeshire , Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Swansea , Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan.
