It's a problem we've seen several times this year in the Greater Cincinnati area: loose dogs attacking unsuspecting neighbors.

Now, there's a bill, with bipartisan support, that could help curb these attacks. Two dog attacks, in two weeks, occurred back in March in Colerain Township. Advertisement

One woman was attacked by two dogs in front of her children.

"I could tell that they were on me good. I felt like a chew toy," Emily Rentschler said of the attack.

The next week, a group of dogs killed two chickens and went after multiple different residents in the township.

"I think they ought to give the dog warden more power because he actually, when he was here, he seemed very powerless," said Phil Schmidt, the owner of the chickens that were killed.
