Mika Amonsen isn’t feeling blue over the fandom backlash.

The “Boston Blue” star is responding to the online critiques after he was re-cast as Sean Reagan in the “Blue Bloods” spinoff.

The CBS series, which was canceled after 14 seasons in Dec. 2024, saw Andrew Terraciano as the son of Donnie Wahlberg’s character, Danny Reagan.

Now, Amonsen has stepped into the role of the youngest Reagan son.

“There’s been some negativity, for sure,” the actor told Us Weekly . “But when I look under those posts that have the negativity, there’s a lot of fans rallying for Sean and people saying that they really enjoyed this character that I’ve created — or my version of character.”

Amonsen added that he wants to please the “Blue Bloods” fans with his portrayal of Sean.
