Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium has been named as a proposed host venue in the United Kingdom’s official bid to stage the 2035 FIFA Women’s World Cup
Hosting the Women’s World Cup will shine “a light on everything that makes Liverpool great” as Everton ’s new stadium was confirmed among the proposed venues for a joint-UK bid. The English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish football associations have come together to confirm their ambition to host the 2035 tournament.
Liverpool is one of 16 host cities named within the bid with Hill Dickinson Stadium among the stadiums included. The announcement follows a series of major events secured for Everton’s new waterfront home, including the Rugby League Ashes Test played earlier this month, Super League Magic Weekend 2026, and its status
