Renowned car magazine has published their annual car of the year awards. The experts at Carwow have tested hundreds of vehicles this year and revealed the winner beat more commonly-known brands such as Audi and Ford.

The Chery Tiggo 8 scooped the Car of the Year award. Built by Chinese car company Chery, Carwow's Chief Content Officer Mat Watson said the vehicle seemed "almost too good to be true". That's particularly true when you look at its price.
