A handful of stocks with strong upside potential haven't been adequately recognized by traders, according to Citi. Analyst Richard Schlatter looked at stocks on catalyst watch that have relatively low long crowding. Here's the three U.S.-listed names that he found: Kohl's has a score of 14.2%.
