North Atlantic has put the finishing touches on a deal which sees it becoming a player in Europe.
North Atlantic France has closed the acquisition of an 82.9 per cent controlling interest in Esso S.A.F. and 100 per cent of EMCF from ExxonMobil.
The transaction has received all regulatory approvals and, effective immediately, Esso S.A.F. has been renamed North Atlantic Energies.
Ted Lomond, President and CEO of North Atlantic, says the acquisition represents a major step forward in their international expansion.
Simon Fenner, the President of North Atlantic France, sees major opportunities to grow the company and contribute to the vitality of the Normandy region.
