A trial date has been set for a Port Huron woman accused of killing her boyfriend.

Jennifer Goodall, 40, is scheduled to face a jury at 9 a.m. March 3. A plea hearing has also been scheduled the week before, at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 23.

Goodall was arrested Sept. 3 after police said she shot and killed Chase Hunter Hoyt, 23, at a house on 10th Avenue. She has been charged with open murder, felony firearm us and purchasing a firearm without a license, a misdemeanor.
