NEOSHO, Mo. — A former Goodman police chief has been charged with two felony counts of stealing two bulls and selling them at the Joplin Stockyards.
Samuel Halsted Townsend, Goodman, was charged last week by Newton County Prosecutor Will Lynch with two felony counts of stealing from an unnamed victim. ×
