One robot just walked its way into history. Chinese robotics company AgiBot has set a new world record for the longest distance walked by a humanoid robot with their bipedal automaton named A2, per the Guinness World Records. From Nov. 10-13, A2 walked 66.04 miles from Jinji Lake in Suzhou, China, to the North Bund area in Shanghai, according to Guinness and AgiBot. The journey is equivalent to over 2.5 full marathons. "It traversed complex routes including urban areas, national highways and bridges, overcoming challenges like day-night alternation and low-light environments.
