Tony Germano, a voice actor featured in Netflix and Nickelodeon projects, fell to his death while visiting family in Brazil, PEOPLE reported . He was 55.

Germano died following the fatal fall in São Paulo on Wednesday, Nov. 26, a representative for the Brazilian actor told PEOPLE. The actor was staying at his parents’ house before the fall, during which he lost his balance, according to local outlets Folha de São Paulo and O Estado de São Paulo .

“It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of actor and voice artist Tony Germano,” the representative told PEOPLE.
