Planned senior apartment project in Muncie wins state tax credits

MUNCIE, IN — The state of Indiana has announced the city of Muncie is one of only five communities statewide selected to receive state tax credits through an Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority program.

Muncie’s winning application includes The Crossing at Trails Edge, a four-story, 98-unit senior apartment community to be built at 610 E. Wysor St.
