A Providence, Rhode Island, man has been charged for his involvement in a crash this week that left a 23-year-old woman dead, according to NBC affiliate WJAR.

Juan Archila, 43, has been charged with driving to endanger resulting in death for the rollover crash that happened on I-295 in Cranston on Wednesday.

Archila was held in jail overnight after being found later in the day, and arraigned on Thursday morning — he was granted a $50,000 surety bail, and was expected to have a bail review hearing on Friday.

WJAR reported that a Honda Accord was forced off the highway by another vehicle and smashed into a tree.

The driver of the Honda was identified as Casey Bassignani of Johnston.
