Robinson Township, PA – One lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player is now a multimillionaire after purchasing a $3 million-winning scratch-off ticket at a Sheetz convenience store in Allegheny County.
The winning ticket came from the $30 3s a Charm game, which offers some of the highest payouts in the state’s scratch-off lineup. The ticket was sold at the Sheetz location at 5554 Steubenville Pike in Robinson Township, earning the retailer a $10,000 bonus commission.
