The Farm Products Council of Canada has approved the hatching egg agency’s proposals to increase production this year and next.
The directors of the supply management agency set a 2025 target based on a consumer demand of 446 million kilograms (eviscerated), which represents growth of 3.1 per cent above actual production in 2024. Article content
