Jim Hill, owner of Jim Hill Heating & Air in Ringgold, Georgia, says before using your H-VAC unit, you will want to clean and inspect it.

"The main parts that fail, you know, through the summer. Capacitors, contactors,” Hill lists. "It's kind of like a lawn mower battery; you got to buy one every other summer."
