The Scottish FA KMI panel have unanimously agreed that Livingston should have been awarded a penalty against Rangers .

The latest key match incident panel verdicts have been released, with three flashpoints in the match between Rangers and Livingston under the microscope.

Livingston officials had been left furious by the failure to award a penalty for a handball incident involving Rangers centre-back Emmanuel Fernandez.

John Beaton waved away protests for a handball in the box, with VAR not intervening over the incident.
