The City of Forest Acres will kick of the holidays with the 21 st annual Sweet Seasons on Tuesday, Dec. 2, at the the Lowes Foods Shopping Center, located on Forest Drive.

Presented by Lexington Medical Center and the City of Forest Acres, Sweet Seasons originally started as a small community event in the parking lot at Forest Acres City Hall and has since grown into a large holiday celebration which attracts thousands of attendees each year.

Free to the public and featuring live music, food and drink vendors, as well a variety of free activities for kids, the event will begin at 5 p.m. and conclude at 8 p.m. Free parking for attendees will be available at the Cardinal Crossing Parking Deck.
