Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Thursday at 15th West near 81st South in Bonneville County.

Deputies identified the driver who died as Steven J. Adams, 46, of Bingham County, according to Sgt. Bryan Lovell, Bonneville County Sheriff's spokesman. Adams was a doctor with OB/GYN Associates of Idaho Falls.
