A 60-year-old Idaho Falls man is charged with driving under the influence for his actions Sunday night at 1300 West Broadway St. in Idaho Falls.

Danny Joe Oswalt was taken into custody after an Idaho Falls Police officer fired several 40mm less-lethal launcher rounds at Oswalt to subdue him, according to court records.
