The Cornwall Police Service charged three people in relation to a string of dangerous driving incidents that took place between October and November in the city.
Cornwall police alleged that officers began responding to a string of dangerous driving complaints in October that led to multiple police pursuits. According to CPS, the vehicle in question was operated at different times by a 20-year-old man, a 23-year-old man, and a 17-year-old youth from Cornwall.
On Nov. 20, police alleged the 23-year-old suspect was observed attempting to collide with another vehicle. He was located on Nov. 27 and charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle; assault with a weapon; breach of release order, and driving while suspended. He was held in custody pending a Cornwall court date.
