Hamilton police have charged two men from Oakville in connection with trafficking stolen Bell Canada cellphones.

The investigation began nearly a year ago after suspects broke into a Stoney Creek warehouse in December 2024 and January 2025, police said.

The warehouse is operated by TForce Logistics, a shipping company with locations across Canada and the United States.

The thieves specifically targeted Bell cellphones, police said.

Detectives worked with Bell investigators to track the stolen phones to two businesses.

When police searched those businesses — Link It Up in Oakville and Amrit Electronics in Etobicoke — they allegedly found:

183 stolen iPhone 16 phones, valued between $250,000 and $450,000;

$65,000 in Canadian currency and $4,000 in U.S. currency;

16.5 kilograms of sil
