The Dallas Mavericks are set to welcome star big man Anthony Davis back to the lineup tonight, per multiple reports. Davis has not played since late October, but should be back in the mix as the Mavs visit the Los Angeles Lakers ( 10 p.m. ET, Prime Video ).
Davis suffered a left calf strain on Oct. 29 in a 107-105 win against the Indiana Pacers. He was then reevaluated on Nov. 16 and was given another week to 10 days to heal up before being reassessed.
Davis, a 10-time All-Star, has been plagued by injuries throughout his career. Last season, after being traded from Los Angeles Lakers for Luka Dončić, he got injured and missed 18 games and returned for the final eight games of the season as the Mavericks missed the playoffs.
This season, Davis is averaging 20.8 points, 10.2
