A Miller, South Dakota man died in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Miller in Hand County.Preliminary crash information indicates Leland James Cain, 82, the driver of a 2022 Ford Edge, was traveling westbound on Seventh Street and allegedly failed to come to a complete stop at the stop sign at the intersection of North Broadway Avenue, according to the South Dakota Highway Patrol. The Ford reportedly collided with a southbound semi, the release stated.Cain sustained fatal injuries, according to the South Dakota Highway Patrol. The driver of the semi, Joshua Dean Steffensen, 48, was not injured, the report stated.

Steffensen was driving a 2007 Peterbilt Conventional 379. He is from Hetland, South Dakota. Hetland is in Kingsbury County.The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating
