CHANDLER, Ariz. — One of Arizona’s largest holiday celebrations is officially underway as the Pratt Brothers Christmas at Rawhide Western Town kicked off its 10th year Friday night.
The annual event, which features more than 7 million lights, transforms the area into what can only be described as an “Arizona Disneyland” once the sun goes down.
Co-organizer Sammy Pratt said the team has been assembling the massive display since May.
“You don’t get sleep when you’re putting up the biggest Christmas celebration in Arizona,” Pratt said. “We got 7.5 million lights. We got train rides, we got stunt shows, we got s’more making, cookie decorating, and parades. Everything Christmas, we got it here.”
