Central Dauphin girls basketball defeated Central York 44-31 to open the Penn Manor tip-off tournament on Friday.

Syncere Matthews led the Rams with 11 points. Olivia Green scored 10 points while Kayanah Taylor and Sam Sembrot both chipped in 9 points apiece.

Jaedyn Edwards led the Panthers with 10 points.
