Springfield crews put out house fire on Longfellow Terrace, investigation underway

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Crews were called to a second-floor fire at a Longfellow Terrace home Friday evening, but officials say no one was hurt.

According to the Springfield Fire Department, crews were called to 21 Longfellow Terrace at approximately 6:20 p.m. for a reported structure fire.

Firefighters arrived to find flames on the second floor of the residence. Crews quickly worked to knock down the fire, which was brought under control shortly after their arrival. No injuries were reported.
