KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen is hosting Warrant Forgiveness Month in December, offering residents a chance to clear outstanding warrants "without fear of arrest" and with warrant fees waived.
During the month of December, the City said those with outstanding warrants can visit the Killeen Municipal Court, located at 200 East Avenue D, for an opportunity to clear their warrants.
All warrant fees will reportedly be waived throughout the month. The City said participants may also qualify for community service options or fine reductions based on their ability to pay.
Warrant Forgiveness Month is a Safe Harbor program meant to "help residents get back on track," the City said.
Those with questions can call 254-501-7850 or email municipalcourt@killeentexas.gov.
