PHOENIX — Estelle, a two-story Mediterranean and Mexican-inspired restaurant/bar, opened in Old Town Scottsdale on Wednesday.
The Jocque Concepts creation, which is located at 4439 N. Saddlebag Trail, is 5,800 square feet and can serve up to 400 people at a time in its open-air space.
The new restaurant’s menu features Ahi fish tostadas with chipolte aioli and leeks and a Mediterranean platter with skewers, hummus and tzatziki. Signature dishes such as these have been spearheaded by Mexico City native Hector Cruz.
It will be open at 4 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends, and the restaurant will also host a grand opening party on Dec. 20.
