WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Donald Trump says he’s canceling any executive action from Joe Biden that was signed using an autopen.

Trump announced in a social media post on Friday that any document not physically signed by Biden is “terminated.”

He also claimed that Biden’s use of the autopen proves he was not in charge or involved in the signing process.

Trump has threatened possible perjury charges if the former president says otherwise.

Neither the White House nor a representative for Biden has immediately commented on the situation.
