But the dozen goals scored by the Kitchener Rangers in the past two games — both wins — is the biggest output in back-to-back affairs this season.
“The game is going the right way,” said Blueshirts bench boss Jussi Ahokas.

The Rangers fired 43 shots in Friday’s 6-3 win over the Niagara IceDogs at the Aud. They had another 33 in their 6-2 victory against the Oshawa Generals this past Sunday.
Eight different players twinged the twine during that stretch too.
“That’s what we want — depth in scoring,” said Ahokas, adding that it can be infectious when different players get in on the action. “It’s important for the guys.”
