ATLANTA — The Georgia Bulldogs are headed to the SEC title game now that Texas has beat Texas A&M in their Friday night matchup.
The No. 16 Texas Longhorns beat the No. 3 Texas A&M 27-17.
This also comes after UGA's win over Georgia Tech Friday. The Bulldogs beat the Yellow Jackets 16-9 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Downtown Atlanta i n the annual "Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate" rivalry game.
While it's not clear yet who the Bulldogs will play for the SEC title -- Texas' win over Texas A&M secures UGA's spot to play right back at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium next weekend. Georgia will face either Alabama or Ole Miss.
The SEC Football Championship will on Dec. 6 in Atlanta; kickoff is set for 4 p.m. This will be Georgia's fifth straight appearance at the conference championship game. Georgi
