Hibbing/Chisholm scored the game’s first five goals en route to a 6-2 drubbing of St. Cloud Cathedral on Friday at the Municipal Athletic Complex in St. Cloud.

Five different Bluejackets combined to give the visitors a 5-0 lead, while Cole Swanson, Tate Swanson and Jackson Strukel recorded two assists apiece. Cathedral got back into the game with power play goals 31 seconds apart early in the third but Isaiah Hildenbrand followed with his second goal of the game from each of the Swanson brothers’ third assist.

Hibbing/Chisholm (3-0) is ranked No. 1 in the state in Class A while the Crusaders are No. 11.

Gavin Lamphere made 18 saves for Hibbing/Chisholm, which had a 35-20 shot advantage.
