Hundreds flocked Friday to the Fordyce Bath House Visitor Center, with Museum and Hot Springs National Park staff estimating that the doors opened about every 20 seconds throughout the morning.

"These two days right after Thanksgiving are some of our busiest two days in the park throughout the year, and so they're very exciting for us," Cane West, the national park's lead interpretive ranger and education coordinator, said the morning of Black Friday. "We make sure our programming allows for a large crowd, for people to really have a good time with their family.

"So right after Thanksgiving, we see a lot more families coming in from around nearby states, so we try to welcome them into the park as well as we can and keep their visit sort of moving and flowing, so they're not waiting in li
