Sogo Sushi and Seafood, a new sushi restaurant in Geneseo, opened its doors Oct. 3, and ever since, the chefs have been working to create dishes that people in the area will love.

“Every day, every week, it’s going to be different,” said Alan Chen, who is co-owner of the restaurant with his brother, Gary.
