FOSTORIA — As losses go, they don't come more heartbreaking than what the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy football team endured in the state semifinals.

CVCA had a chance to kick the winning field goal with five seconds left, which would have been its first field goal of the season.

However, the kick went wide left, allowing Toledo Central Catholic to escape with a 21-20 win.
