Glasgow stillborn and neonatal death charity , SANDS, is preparing for a special event next week, with bereaved parents invited along to remember their 'precious babies gone too soon'.

Glasgow SANDS will be hosting a 'Lights of Love' service at Immaculate Conception Parish on Maryhill Road next Wednesday evening, December 3. The event is to allow bereaved parents to honour their children who've passed, with volunteer Lesley Anne Thomson saying it'll be a "non-religious service, it'll be gentle and Christmassy all while giving bereaved parents the time to reflect during such a busy period".
