During the past two weeks, a total of 30 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $698,696, or $343 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 10 to the week of Nov. 23 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
