A house that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bridgewater in the past week.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $787,125, or $390 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $527K, single-family house at 2606 Pinhorn Drive

A 1,394-square-foot single-family home at 2606 Pinhorn Drive in Bridgewater, has been sold. The total purchase price was $527,000, $378 per square foot. The house was built in 1989. The deal was finalized on Nov. 4.
