Reform UK should be vet their staff and elected representatives for criminal conduct and "homophobic attitudes" a Green councillor suggested.

The call came from Cllr Alex Mace as he expressed his frustration at the "constant blaming of asylum seekers" for the nation's difficulties.

His remarks came during a Worcester City Council meeting on Tuesday, following questions from Reform UK's Alan Amos.
