PASCO, Wash. – A unique scene played out at the Tri-Cities Holiday Expo at the Pasco HAPO Center, where the Grinch was "arrested" for stealing Christmas. This staged event was one of the many activities at the expo, which continues on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The expo features more than 120 vendors offering a wide range of items. Children can enjoy face painting and pictures with Santa, while adults can shop and relax at the HAPO Center's bar.

Jason Joseph, the branding and social media manager for the event, highlighted its community focus.
