A house that sold for $2.7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Montclair between Nov. 10 and Nov. 23.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $1.6 million, or $542 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 10 to the week of Nov. 23 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The condominium at 415 Claremont Ave. #C004F in Montclair has new owners. The price was $409,000. The condominium was built in 1957 and has a living area of 1,258 square feet. The price per square foot was $325. The deal was finalized on Oct. 20.
