County Council to consider raising wage requirement for New Jobs Tax Credit

A proposal in Frederick County would require businesses to more than double a current employee wage baseline before the businesses qualify for a rarely used tax credit.

The Frederick County Council is tentatively scheduled to consider the proposal in January.
