Jamie Oliver has opened up about the criticism his wife faced over her "odd" fashion choices, as he discussed a "challenging" aspect of her life. In a recent conversation with Long Lost Family's Davina McCall, the celebrity chef spoke warmly about his "incredibly kind" and "very funny" wife, Juliette Norton (known as Jools), whom he wed in 2000.

The couple have five children together - Poppy, Daisy Boo Pamela, Petal Blossom Rainbow, Buddy Bear Maurice, and River Rocket Blue Dallas - and Jamie affectionately admitted that he adores his wife "to bits".

He also revealed details about their early relationship, including Jools' unique sense of style. He explained that she wore "bonkers stuff", which caused quite a stir in their "part of Essex".
