A woman has been banned from a UK county for life after subjecting a family to a campaign of harassment. Nicoline Julius, 54, caused massive stress and anxiety for the family after repeatedly ignoring court orders to leave them alone.

The obsessed Dutchwoman sent multiple messages to them after they initially tried to help her with accommodation problems. The family, from Teignmouth in Devon, helped Julius after she reported having difficulty getting back to the Netherlands . However, the 54-year-old began to harass them and was first ordered to stay away from the family in 2019.
