In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $590,056. The average price per square foot was $444.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

9. $250K, condominium at 215 College Drive

The condominium at 215 College Drive in Edison has new owners. The price was $250,000. The condominium was built in 1977 and has a living area of 896 square feet. The price per square foot was $279. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
