Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) has announced a record number of calls outside the traditional summer season.
These developments are a significant advantage for the destinations, as off-season calls allow guests to explore local attractions, enjoy cultural experiences, and contribute to the regional economy year-round, according to the port.
“Cruise guests are increasingly looking for unique experiences beyond the traditional summer season, and our destinations deliver exactly that: festive atmospheres, cultural highlights and authentic Nordic charm,” said Commercial Cruise Director of Copenhagen Malmö Port, Luis De Carvalho.
“It gives visitors the possibility to explore and enjoy what Copenhagen, Malmö and Visby have to offer during the colder months,” added De Carvalho.
