Martin O'Neill may be getting ready to leave Celtic after stabilising the club. But Chris Sutton insists his replacement and the club's board both must listen to what he has to say before he does so.

Wilfried Nancy is set to take over as permanent boss after O'Neill takes charge of his final game against Hibs tomorrow.
